Biography
I am Yiyu Liu, an incoming PhD student in Computer Science at the Harvard John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences (SEAS) in Fall 2025.
Previously, I obtained my bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from ACM Honor Class, Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU), in June 2025. During my undergraduate years, I worked with Prof. Baris Kasikci as a research intern in the Paul G. Allen School of Computer Science & Engineering at the University of Washington from July to December 2024. Before that, I worked with Prof. Quan Chen from September 2023 to June 2024, at Emerging Parallel Computing Center (EPCC).
I am interested in cloud computing, efficient machine learning systems, operating system, and hardware/software co-design.
